Reports that U.S. military bases are being prepared to run on their own for 90 days have a lot of people reaching for their credit cards. I get it. I’ve been there. - What specific problem am I trying to solve?
- What do I already own that could help?
- Do I know how to use and maintain it?
- Is this the wisest use of my money right now?
